The problem

Content Hub is the product of Pixies' marketing division: one platform that takes a client's social content from idea to published post to metrics, using the client's own Google Sheet as the source.

How it works

  1. Idea

Every piece of content starts as an idea, a row in the client's Google Sheet.

  2. Production

The piece is produced, with assistants that help transcribe and write titles and descriptions.

  3. Calendar with approval

The piece goes on a calendar and waits for approval before it can be published.

  4. Publishing

Each client picks a mode per network: official API, YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, publish at a set time, or by hand.

  5. Metrics

Results are collected 48 hours and 7 days after publishing and written back to the Sheet.

  6. Learnings

What worked feeds the next round of ideas.

What it does

  • Built for several clients

One installation serves several clients; each one switches on only the modules they hired.

  • Built around the client's Sheet

Rows come from the client's Sheet, and status, real link and metrics are written back to it.

  • Built to check every step

A box in the Sheet is ticked only after a verifier approves the step, and a link pasted by hand is validated against the network.

  • Built to leave manual mode ready

In by-hand mode everything is left ready in a to-publish tab; a person posts it and pastes the link back.

  • Modules

Ideas, production, calendar, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn and metrics.

  • Built-in assistants for routine work

Built-in assistants transcribe, write titles and descriptions, create ideas and analyze what worked.

  • Sheet template

It can generate the Pixies Sheet template or link to a Sheet that already exists.

  • Built to audit each client

An auditor reviews, module by module, that everything a client needs is in place.

Who it is for

  • Business owners and small content teams who manage social media for one or several brands and want the whole path in one flow.
  • Teams that already plan their content in Google Sheets.
  • Not for you if you expect fully automatic posting on every network with no step by a person.

Requirements

  • A Google Sheet per client: the Pixies template, or one that already exists.
  • It runs on a Windows computer that I operate, not yours, using Windows Task Scheduler. It is not a cloud service.
  • Connections to TikTok, Instagram and Google, which need setup steps only I can do.

Honest limits

  1. Not in production yet. The cutover needs a backup first and my confirmation, and it is still pending. That is why this page says Coming soon.
  2. The real connections to TikTok, Instagram and Google depend on steps only I can do. I am not saying they are running.
  3. It is not fully automatic on every network. YouTube Studio and Meta Business Suite modes drive the browser, and by-hand mode needs a person to post.
  4. It is a local platform on Windows, not a cloud service. Publishing with the PC off needs its own cloud relay, and that covers Instagram only.
  5. The assistants run on my own subscription. How that would work for several clients is not defined yet, nor are the version and the price.
  6. No clients, results or live metrics are shown. The features describe what it is built to do.

Questions

When will it be available?

I do not have a date. The production cutover is still pending, and the platform connections, version and price are not settled either. To join the waiting list, message me on WhatsApp.

Does it post by itself on every network?

No. You choose a mode per client and per network. YouTube Studio and Meta Business Suite modes drive the browser, and by hand a person posts and pastes the link back.

Where does my content live?

In your own Google Sheet. The rows come from it, and the status, the real link and the metrics go back to it.

Which networks does it cover?

It has modules for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok and LinkedIn; each client turns on only the ones they hire. The real connections still depend on setup steps on my side.

How much does it cost?

Price and version are not set yet.
